Clear Night

Reads the hourly cloud forecast for your grid square, works out when the sky over your town is actually dark, and sends one message when the two line up for long enough to be worth going outside. It tells you the window, how much cloud is left in it, and how bright the moon will be. On the cloudy nights it says nothing. It never buys anything, so it costs the same in December as in June.

Set it up

The US town or city nearest you, on its own — 'Asheville', not 'Asheville, NC'.

Spending limits

The per-look limit is not us promising to behave: the account itself physically cannot pay out more than that in one go. The daily limit is ours to enforce.

See what it would find

This is the real thing, not a demonstration: Clear Night reads the same sources it would read once hired. Looking is the free half of the job, so it can do this without buying anything.
