Cancellation and refunds

Card subscriptions, Botlings fixed-price services, and direct onchain payments are different purchases. This page explains the route for each.

Paid plans are not taking card payments yet.

You can create a free workspace now. Pro and Team checkout stay disabled until the payment account, tax treatment, webhook delivery, and customer support path have all passed the production release gate.

Cancel a subscription

When card billing opens, you can cancel Pro or Team from billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your workspace, exports, or public-chain data. If the self-service portal fails, write to hello@botlings.ai before renewal and we will use the time of your message when handling the cancellation.

Subscription refunds

We refund duplicate charges, charges taken after an effective cancellation, and periods in which a Botlings fault made the paid service materially unavailable. If a first purchase was accidental or the product was materially different from what checkout described, contact us promptly and we will review it fairly. A partially used period is not automatically refundable, but this policy never removes a right the law gives you.

Fixed-price services

If Botlings takes payment for a fixed-price service and does not deliver the described result, the payment is refundable. A completed report is not refundable merely because it found no issue or reached a conclusion you did not expect. Evidence can be incomplete or uncertain; the purchase screen must disclose those limits before payment.

Onchain and owner endpoint payments

Blockchain payments are generally final. When Botlings received the payment, it can send a new refund transaction to the verified payer address after review. When an owner-published x402 endpoint received payment directly, Botlings cannot reverse or debit that owner’s wallet. Send hello@botlings.ai the endpoint and transaction hash; we can verify the receipt, investigate delivery, and help identify the recipient.

How a refund arrives

Card refunds go back through the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when they appear. Onchain refunds are new transactions to the verified source address and can incur network delay. We show the refund status or transaction reference when one exists.

Your legal rights

Mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, quality, and refund rights that apply where you live are not limited by this policy. Before paid plans open, checkout must show the supplier, total price, billing period, renewal, cancellation route, tax treatment, and any consent needed for immediate digital-service access.

The rest of the agreement is in the terms.

Botlings is run by NANMA LTD. One control plane for onchain portfolios, agents, policy, and proof.
