Paid plans are not taking card payments yet.

You can create a free workspace now. Pro and Team checkout stay disabled until the payment account, tax treatment, webhook delivery, and customer support path have all passed the production release gate.

The service

Botlings is an onchain portfolio and agent control plane. It can observe accounts you connect or ask it to watch, normalize supported positions, compare reported opportunities, run simulations, monitor conditions, and keep evidence about its work. Coverage is not universal: supported networks, protocols, sources, and action adapters are identified in the product, and unknown or stale data can remain.

Plans, renewal, and payment

Free has no subscription charge. When card billing opens, Pro and Team are recurring subscriptions. The price, currency, billing period, included limits, taxes, and next renewal date are shown before purchase and in billing settings. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. The separate refund policy applies.

Plan limits can include accounts, sync frequency, agents, simulations, notifications, seats, or API use. Botlings will not silently turn measured usage into an additional invoice. An overage or prepaid usage balance must show its price and maximum before you approve it. We may change future plan pricing with notice, but not the price of a period already paid for.

Your account and acceptable use

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live and may use paid features only where we make them available. Keep authentication methods secure, provide accurate billing information, and use only accounts, addresses, data, and systems you are allowed to use. Do not evade limits, interfere with the service or its providers, probe another workspace, publish confidential or unlawful material, or use Botlings to mislead or harm someone.

Onchain information is not financial advice

Botlings provides software and general information, not investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. A balance, yield, score, alert, strategy result, or proposed action can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or unsuitable for you. Reported APY is not a promised return. Smart-contract, market, liquidity, stablecoin, bridge, oracle, governance, gas, tax, and transaction risks remain yours. Past and simulated results do not predict future results.

Wallets, authority, and custody

Signing in, watching an address, connecting a wallet, and granting transaction authority are separate actions. Watching public data does not prove ownership. A connected wallet does not give Botlings authority unless you separately approve an action or a specific policy. Botlings is not a bank, exchange, wallet custodian, deposit taker, or government- insured account. Your wallet, protocol, broker, and chain records remain authoritative.

Agents, simulations, and execution

Agent output is a proposal until the product explicitly shows otherwise. A simulation is a point-in-time estimate and cannot guarantee inclusion, price, ordering, or outcome. An action can be submitted only through a released adapter and the authority shown on screen. Where Botlings asks for a signature every time, that signature is not a continuing mandate. Where a bounded policy is offered in the future, its contracts, methods, assets, amounts, cadence, expiry, and revocation path will be shown before grant. You remain responsible for reviewing those limits and independently revoking authority when needed.

Fixed-price and x402 services

A fixed-price research service is separate from a subscription. Its input, output, price, maximum, provider, and payment rail are shown before purchase. A report is bounded evidence, not an audit or recommendation. Some x402 calls pay Botlings; an owner-published endpoint can pay that owner directly. Onchain payments are generally final. Botlings cannot reverse funds it never received, but will investigate a supported service that settled without delivering. Buying a service never grants portfolio or transaction authority.

Third-party providers

Botlings depends on wallets, RPCs, indexers, protocols, market-data sources, simulators, payment processors, notification providers, and sometimes brokers. Their own terms apply. A listed protocol, wallet, rate, route, or external service is not an endorsement. Providers can fail, rate-limit, change, or stop serving data, and Botlings can restrict a feature when its evidence or safety boundary is no longer reliable.

Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted service, that every check or alert will run or arrive in time, or that every account or protocol can be decoded. We aim to preserve the last reliable observation and label failures rather than replacing missing data with zero. Features and supported providers can change as coverage and review status change. Material changes to these terms are posted with a new date and, where required, notified before they apply.

Cancellation and suspension

You can cancel a paid plan from billing settings when card billing is available. You can disconnect providers, stop sync, export supported data, and request account deletion through the controls described in the product. Revoking onchain or broker authority may also require an action in the relevant wallet, protocol, Safe, or broker. We can suspend harmful, unlawful, abusive, insecure, or unpaid use and will explain the reason where we lawfully can.

Responsibility when something goes wrong

Botlings is provided as available, without a guarantee that data, alerts, simulations, or proposed actions are complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, or a loss caused by a third-party system or an onchain action you approved. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Botlings in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
