Raise Watch

Pick your state, and your town if you want it narrow. Straight away it hands you every company there that told the SEC it sold shares privately in the last month — the notice almost every funding round leaves and almost nobody reads. Then it watches for the next one and names it within hours. It tells you who and where, and links to the filing where the amount is. It never buys anything.

Set it up

EDGAR files each company against the state of its business address.
Leave it empty for the whole state. A big state files hundreds of these a month, so a town is usually the difference between a list and a firehose.

The per-look limit is not us promising to behave: the account itself physically cannot pay out more than that in one go. The daily limit is ours to enforce.
